The wholesale Group transported Sydney agents into Asia and India last night, tantalising the senses with local sounds, sights and objects.
Launching the new Asia and India brochure at the Westin, the Group had a henna tattoo artist, snake charmer and Malaysian dishes on hand, a treat Adventure World executive general manager Andrew Mulholland said was designed to give agents a taste of each destination in the brochure.
Mr Mulholland said the company was always working towards building its relationship with agents and said the road show’s new format would help agents understand the location in more depth.
“We’re always looking to educate agents and to get more away to our destinations,” the executive GM explained.
“The industry runs off relationships and road shows and famils are a great way to build them and give agents a small taste of what Asia and India holds.”
Operating for more than 34 years, Mr Mulholland said more recently the company has been looking to adding more value to each of its tour destinations to continue driving more new and repeat clients.
