A 34-year-old man has avoided charges for using a pen-shaped camera to take an upskirt photo of a flight attendant during a domestic flight in Japan.

Witnesses said the man extended the micro-camera to take the photo while he was seated en-route from Takamatsu to Tokyo last month, Asahi Daily reported.
