As part of a focus on online and social media, TravelManagers has appointed Sandra Leslie as their new social media coordinator.

Announced at the group’s 2013 National Conference in Fiji over the weekend, Ms Leslie will be responsible for building the company’s online profile as well as working with agents to promote the importance of social media.

Speaking to e-Travel Blackboard, the company’s chairman, Barry Mayo told e-Travel Blackboard social media will play a role in promotions next year.
