The majority of Australians would like more holidays and admit to researching their next trip while at work. Zuji has released findings, indicating 82 percent of Australians believe they don’t get adequate time to holiday. While Aussie’s feel gipped when it comes to taking a holiday, they have no issue making inquiries during work. “75 percent admitted they research holidays while at work, 50 percent spending more than 10 hours of work time per trip,” Zuji managing director APAC James Gaskell said. “33 percent say they would spend work more time researching their travel if they didn't have to worry about getting caught.” Over a third of all respondents said they had not taken any holidays in the past 12 months. 65 percent of all Queenslanders surveyed said it had been more than one year since their last holiday. NSW respondents were the most satisfied, with 45 percent pleased with the amount of holidays they take. |
