Future Carnival Vacations Program scrapped

Monday, 17 September 2012

Effective from 27 September, cruise certificates redeemable for future cruises will no longer be available for sale aboard Carnival’s fleet of ships.

Reportedly due to the ‘Future Carnival Vacations Program’ underperforming economically, passengers will still be able to make confirmed future bookings while sailing which will deem them eligible to receive up to USD$200 per cabin in onboard credit on their next cruise.

Cruise Critic reports that existing certificates will still be honoured through to their printed expiration dates.
