Reporting to Director of Business Development, Jayson will be responsible for leading the pro-active sales team whilst developing and implementing sales strategies which maximise all revenue contributions, across all market segments and outlets for the hotel. Recently relocating from Melbourne, where he was Associate Director – Conference, Incentive & Group Sales at Crown Melbourne. Jayson brings with him a wealth of experience with a career in hospitality spanning over 18 years in varied roles ranging from banquet operations to corporate and MICE sales at some of Australia’s most renowned hotel brands. Hilton Sydney boasts 579 luxury accommodation rooms and suites plus four dedicated levels of conference and events space catering up to 3000 delegates – the largest hotel conference space in Australia. The hotel also features Luke Mangan’s award-winning restaurant, glass brasserie, the stylish and award-winning Zeta Bar, iconic Marble Bar, Cafe Cino and LivingWell Premier Health Club.
