Is it a yacht? Is it a submarine? Is it a hotel? It’s all three, mixed to make a Solar Floating Resort, the futuristic new concept that will see travellers enjoy a unique experience at sea.

Equipped with a central tower, an underwater observation lair, a Jacuzzi, a deck and “habitation” section, the floating resort can accommodate up to six people according to news.com.au.

For those travellers who still want to explore the surrounding ocean there is are submarine like capsules of thick glass to travel around in under the sea.

At 20m long there is enough room for a kitchen and lounge.  The resort is also a self-sufficient energy generator that provides electricity for those on board.

How much for all this you ask? Although there has been no set price discussed for the resort a similar design has been valued at $150 million.
