Walk Australia’s Wilderness Event 2012

The Walk Australia’s Wilderness Event will be held in Canberra on Tuesday 20 November 2012, and in Adelaide on Wednesday 21 November, 2012, where some of Australia’s best walking experiences will be showcased by three of the country’s leading wilderness travel experts.

The cocktail event in Canberra will include a presentation on the Arkaba Walk in South Australia’s spectacular Flinders Ranges by Charles Carlow, CEO Wild Bush Luxury and Brendon Bevan, Property Manager of Arkaba Station will present the walk in Adelaide. Tasmania’s famous Maria Island Walk, along pristine beaches will be highlighted by its founder, Ian Johnstone in Canberra and Adelaide. Ros Young, Sales and Marketing Manager for the iconic Cradle Mountain Huts Walk in Tasmania’s World Heritage Area, and Tasmania’s unspoiled Bay of Fires Lodge Walk, will educate guests on these unique experiences in both cities. 

The Canberra event will commence at 6.00pm at The Library Bar at the Diamant Hotel, 15 Edinburgh Avenue, Canberra. RSVP by Tuesday, 6 November, 2012.

The Adelaide event will commence at 6.00pm at The Vine Room at the Lion Hotel, 161 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide. RSVP by Wednesday, 7 November, 2012.
